Returns & Exchanges

 

  • We are happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange within conditions below.
  • Products can be retuned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached within 7 days of purchase.
  • When receiving goods, buyer is responsible for inspecting for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
  • When exchanging, customer is responsible for the return of goods.
  • Sale items can only be refunded if the product is faulty.
  • Faulty items will be refunded after return and assessment.
  • Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note.
