Returns & Exchanges
- We are happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange within conditions below.
- Products can be retuned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached within 7 days of purchase.
- When receiving goods, buyer is responsible for inspecting for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
- When exchanging, customer is responsible for the return of goods.
- Sale items can only be refunded if the product is faulty.
- Faulty items will be refunded after return and assessment.
- Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note.
