Returns & Exchanges

  • We understand sometimes the fit isn't perfect or you can change your mind. We will be happy to offer you a refund, exchange or a credit note. Kindly note, our products are custom made and expensively assembled for you.  The timeline for informing us will be within 5 days of receiving the goods. You can return within 10-14 days of receiving the items. Please communicate with us if you have any problems.
  • We are happy to return or exchange. Our customers are responsible for the return of goods.
  • We don't offer refunds on any sale items. But we are happy to offer Store credit or exchanges if the garment isn't right for you.  Our customers are responsible for the postage.
  • In case the packaging you receive is faulty, please send pictures of the same to us immediately, within 3 days and we will assess the case as soon as we can. 
  • For all of those reasons and any assistance please contact us on support@sahana.com.au We try our best to reply on the same day.

Conditions for refunds and exchanges:

  • Products should be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all the tags attached. 
  •  Faulty or defective items will be refunded after return of the product and inspection of the same by our team.
  • To maintain a balance of our carbon footprint, items can be exchanged only once. It is a step toward eco-friendliness.
  • As luck would have it, we consider gifts as a normal purchase. The conditions for refunds and exchanges are applicable for them.
