Within Australia
- We understand sometimes the fit isn't perfect or you can change your mind. We will be happy to offer you a refund, exchange or a credit note. Kindly note, our products are custom made and expensively assembled for you. The timeline for informing us will be within 5 days of receiving the goods. You can return within 30 days of receiving the items. Please communicate with us if you have any problems.
- We are happy to return or exchange. Our customers are responsible for the return of goods.
- We don't offer refunds on any sale items. But we are happy to offer Store credit or exchanges if the garment isn't right for you. Our customers are responsible for the postage.
- In case the packaging you receive is faulty, please send pictures of the same to us immediately, within 3 days and we will assess the case as soon as we can.

Conditions for refunds and exchanges:
- Products should be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all the tags attached.
- Faulty or defective items will be refunded after return of the product and inspection of the same by our team.
- To maintain a balance of our carbon footprint, items can be exchanged only once. It is a step toward eco-friendliness.
- As luck would have it, we consider gifts as a normal purchase. The conditions for refunds and exchanges are applicable for them.
International Sales
- Our garments are designed with a relaxed, easy fit, intended to drape naturally rather than fit tightly to the body. Many customers find this makes sizing more flexible and forgiving.
- As an Australian brand, international returns can be costly and environmentally impactful. To reduce unnecessary shipping and waste, we’ve chosen to offer these pieces at a reduced price with a final sale policy.
- Each Sahana piece is crafted mindfully. We encourage considered purchases and are here to ensure you feel confident in your choice. Store credit may be considered in exceptional cases
- If you’re unsure, we warmly encourage you to reach out with any questions. We are always happy to guide you with sizing and fit. We understand that sizing can feel uncertain when shopping from afar.
