This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women behind every thread.  The ones near and far, visible and unseen -  who contribute their talent, strength, and heart. Across borders, across cultures, across oceans, we are linked.

Sahana was never built by one woman alone. It is shaped by many hands, many stories, and many time zones. We may speak different languages and live in different landscapes, but we are united by something deeper — the desire to do meaningful work, to support our families, to uplift one another, and to contribute to something larger than ourselves. We are deeply connected through purpose, craft, and care.

Collaboration across borders is not always simple. There are early morning calls, late night messages, adjustments, refinements, and shared problem-solving. But it is in this collaboration that the beauty lives.
