Description
Macy is an elegant skirt for summer days, made to be comfortable from morning to night. It's easy to style too: wear it with another Sahana top, or keep it simple with a plain T-shirt.
The waistband is flat at the front and elasticated at the back, so it sits neatly and moves with you. An adjustable drawstring lets you set the fit just how you like it. Box pleats at the front keep the shape flat and tidy, so the skirt hangs cleanly from the waist.
Sets of horizontal pleats run across the bottom of the skirt, building layers and depth as it falls. Hand stitching adds a small, personal touch, and the hem finishes on the selvedge, the woven edge of the cloth.
Fully lined so it sits well and you won't need a slip, with side pockets for your phone or keys.

Ethical Production Journey
Design
It starts with inspiration of seasons, colour, textures and patterns. After endless discussions over cups of tea, where we play with various designs and traditional weaving methods until we reach the perfect design.
Fabric
All our fabrics are designed with natural fibres and eco-friendly dyes that are breathable and gentle on the skin. Entirely hand-woven by skilled artisans with traditional weaving processes.
Production
The fabric is then transformed into our garments. The team being led by master tailors begin to create hand-crafted masterpieces with special hand stitched details that last a lifetime in your wardrobe.
